Vehicle Equipment List

This is a list of required or recommended equipment for search and rescue operations or district patrol. These are guidelines set forth by the Jeep Posse.

  • MCSO Letter of Authorization for Emergency Equipment
  • MCSO Channel 8 Radio (VHF mobile or portable)
  • Emergency Lights and Siren

First Aid Equipment List

Most of the equipment listed in here can be found in general First Aid Kits. It is highly recommended that you always keep a First Aid kit available to you in your vehicle. The advanced equipment is useful to have but be sure that you only perform medical assistance that you have been trained in and are comfortable with.
